Description

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and agent-based architectures.
  • Build intelligent systems that process documents, retrieve knowledge, generate content, automate processes, and convert unstructured information into useful business data.
  • Work with modern generative AI tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, PyTorch, MCP, multi-agent frameworks, and cloud AI services.
  • Develop scalable and robust AI applications on platforms such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, or similar technologies.
  • Experiment with foundation models, prompts, information retrieval strategies, orchestration patterns, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and business teams to define the best technical solution for each challenge.
  • Stay current on the latest generative AI trends and bring new ideas and technologies into real projects.

Requirements

  • Must currently reside in Colombia; candidates in other countries will not be considered.
  • English is not required to apply.
  • Solid experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or AI engineering, ideally in production environments.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, agents, and workflow orchestration.
  • Strong command of Python and experience with modern machine learning and AI frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience working with cloud or data platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, or similar.
  • Strong foundation in data science, applied machine learning, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience working with both structured and unstructured data, including text, documents, images, emails, and spreadsheets.
  • Curious, practical profile with a strong orientation toward building solutions using emerging technologies.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience with MCP, multi-agent systems, fine-tuning, LLM evaluation, multimodal AI, or model observability in production is a plus.
  • Previous experience in consulting or working directly with clients is a plus.
