Description

  • Engage directly with end users and stakeholders to understand problems, gather requirements, and define success criteria.
  • Design practical, scalable solution architectures aligned with business needs.
  • Build and iterate solutions using AI-native development tools and workflows.
  • Own delivery from the initial conversation through production deployment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and workflows with AI-enabled solutions.
  • Gather feedback, ship early iterations, and continuously improve working software.
  • At the Architect II level, independently manage moderately complex, cross-functional delivery and contribute to team standards and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Architect I: 0–2 years of experience in a solutions, technical, product, or systems role.
  • Architect II: 2–4 years of experience in a solutions, technical, product, or systems role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build working solutions with AI-native tools; Architect II candidates should have an end-to-end delivery track record.
  • Ability to gather requirements through active listening, questioning, and direct stakeholder engagement.
  • Systems-thinking mindset that considers the broader problem rather than only the immediate request.
  • Iterative approach focused on shipping early, gathering feedback, and improving quickly.
  • Strong communication skills bridging business needs and technical implementation.
  • Relevant cloud, data, or AI platform certifications are preferred but not required.
  • A formal degree is not required; demonstrated AI-building ability serves in its place.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $130,000–$165,000 USD, with level-specific ranges of $130,000–$144,000 for Architect I and $151,000–$165,000 for Architect II.
  • Remote work with flexible scheduling around core collaboration hours in Mountain Time.
  • Annual travel required only once per year.
