Description

  • Research and identify early-stage and mid-market brands that fit Nift’s performance marketing and user acquisition goals.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, acquisition challenges, and performance goals.
  • Present Nift’s value proposition and tailor solutions to client objectives.
  • Lead deal negotiations, including pricing and contract terms, to close new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at ecommerce brands.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, including forecasting, reporting, and progress tracking toward acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, data science, and operations to support onboarding and client success.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and market shifts to refine sales strategy.
  • Work with Client Success to manage accounts and identify opportunities for continued growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience selling performance marketing solutions to performance marketing teams.
  • Proven track record of developing leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong solution-selling ability and the capacity to clearly articulate the value proposition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior executives or founders at small to mid-size organizations.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to sales processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools for lead management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to translate campaign data and third-party insights into effective sales messaging.
  • Self-driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced, changing, results-oriented environment.
