Description

  • Manage relationships with NiCE customers and identify new sales opportunities in the healthcare market.
  • Build market share across business, commercial, and enterprise contact centers within assigned regions.
  • Achieve annual sales quota and negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Coordinate and lead sales activities to support business goals.
  • Ensure proposed sales solutions align with NiCE CXone Mpower strengths and can be successfully implemented.
  • Develop new strategic relationships while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze customer business situations to identify constraints and opportunities created by technological change.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements between NiCE CXone Mpower and customers.

Requirements

  • Must reside on the East Coast.
  • 10+ years of experience selling multiple software products and services into sophisticated accounts in a hunter-type role.
  • 1-2 years of experience selling AI software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
  • Superior relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and resolve customer escalations.
  • Collaborative sales approach with experience working across internal and external teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C- and VP-level executives.
  • Self-sufficient, flexible, and confident, with the ability to work autonomously and own activities and processes to drive revenue results.
  • Experience or knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and/or conversational AI solutions is preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge selling a full suite of SaaS products is preferred.
