Description

  • Own the AML sales strategy for the Americas region and drive AML business, pipeline, and bookings.
  • Serve as the AML subject matter expert for the direct sales team, customers, and prospects.
  • Work with Product, Services, and other internal SMEs to identify industry trends and new offerings.
  • Align sales strategy and sales campaigns with market insights and customer needs.
  • Enable the sales team with value-based selling messaging, insights, and expertise.
  • Support customers and sales partners as an AML SME.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to shape forward-looking sales approaches.
  • Position the company’s products and services against competitors in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in financial crime/AML at a financial institution, software vendor, or industry consulting firm.
  • Experience selling or implementing enterprise application software solutions, including application plus services.
  • Preferred experience with payment processing solutions for compliance or operational risk departments in brokerage, banking, or insurance.
  • Experience selling complex software with a long sales cycle.
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition.
  • Contract negotiation skills and experience.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Preferred experience with Actimize solutions.
  • Preferred bilingual ability in English and Spanish.
  • Preferred experience selling or implementing AML/Fraud products.
