Description

  • Design and develop scalable, resilient, enterprise-grade products from the ground up.
  • Drive end-to-end technical initiatives and define the technical approach in alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert through guidance, mentorship, and expert-level code reviews.
  • Translate complex business requirements into elegant, scalable technical solutions.
  • Own technical challenges for high-availability systems, including performance, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate in multidisciplinary Agile teams and work with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Implement and improve system monitoring, alerting, and observability.
  • Create AWS-hosted infrastructure through automation.
  • Develop and deploy cloud-native microservices from design through production.
  • Build and continuously innovate on GenAI-enabled platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software industry experience as a software engineer on a development team.
  • Experience building GenAI products using AWS Bedrock and OpenAI is required.
  • Strong experience with prompt engineering and advanced prompt techniques.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python.
  • Proven track record of implementing cloud-native solutions on AWS.
  • Deep expertise in AWS design and deployment, including networking, security, and costing.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Artifactory.
  • Experience architecting and deploying complex microservices from scratch in a cloud environment.
  • Experience creating Docker containers and hosting them on EKS or ECS.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, Glue, EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, SQS, and Bedrock is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Terraform.
  • Exposure to GitHub Copilot or similar GenAI tools is required.
  • Prior experience in Finance, Fraud, or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork, work ethic, creativity, assertiveness, and flexibility.
