Description

  • Design, build, and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions for customers and partners.
  • Lead complex post-sales consulting and implementation projects from pilot or PoC through full deployment.
  • Provide technical expertise, architectural guidance, and solutions for advanced technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and inform product strategy.
  • Deliver technical training, workshops, and best-practice guidance to customers and partners.
  • Develop accurate technical documentation and support resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Align technical solutions with customer and business objectives.
  • Use reporting and metrics to support project delivery and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Strong ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Python, with experience in back-end integrations.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for front-end design.
  • Experience with server-side applications and data manipulation.
  • Experience in reporting and metrics.
