Description

  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact for all project-related activities.
  • Plan and manage system and solution implementations from initiation through delivery.
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects, including large, complex engagements with multiple workstreams.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans covering timelines, communications, tasks, training, testing, resources, change management, and risk.
  • Coordinate project deliverables, milestones, approvals, and acceptance across stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Track and report project scope, schedule, cost, budget, margin, and revenue performance.
  • Maintain project systems, collaboration tools, resource bookings, billing updates, and status records.
  • Escalate project issues through the appropriate escalation path and participate in lessons learned and operational meetings.
  • Train and mentor team members on departmental processes and project implementation methodology.

Requirements

  • Experience managing several concurrent projects, including large and complex projects.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and operate as a self-starter.
  • Experience working with demanding clients in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Experience in running Dynamics 365 programs is an advantage.
  • Experience managing complex technology projects in or for large organisations is preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Master or SAFe certification is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
