Description

  • Develop and implement pipeline strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build, lead, and manage the sales team to drive new business and customer acquisition across the region.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support pipeline growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee and refine the sales process while providing hands-on support to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Track, analyze, and report on pipeline performance metrics with recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent NiCE Cognigy at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and network.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS or related industries in South and Eastern Europe.
  • Proven track record of building and managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Conversational AI landscape and customer service solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including experience with sales forecasting and performance metrics.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in two languages from the South and Eastern Europe region plus English.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet business requirements.
