Description

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for functional, regression, and UI testing of SaaS web applications and APIs.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, CloudOps, and Customer Support to support high-quality software releases.
  • Test patches and service packs for client deployments to ensure reliable updates.
  • Participate in and contribute to a global engineering team.
  • Define, execute, and manage comprehensive test suites across the software testing lifecycle.
  • Support testing of SaaS-based web applications and their release readiness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing.
  • Proficiency in Python, Selenium, and GUI automation tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and Artifactory.
  • Strong scripting skills with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
  • In-depth understanding of SDLC phases and the Testing Life Cycle.
  • Experience using AI tools for coding and test automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-based web applications and their testing requirements.
  • Experience in RESTful API and web services testing, with proficiency in API automation tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to testing challenges (preferred).
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
