Description

  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations for NICE’s Customer Service Automation solutions across the CCaaS platform.
  • Evaluate, understand, and document prospect infrastructure, including CCaaS, automation, messaging, and knowledge solutions.
  • Lead and participate in discovery calls to identify opportunities for NICE solutions.
  • Partner with sales, engineering, product, and design teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Advise business leaders and IT executives as a Digital and Analytics domain expert.
  • Support the sales team by showing how customers can deploy solutions and realize business value.
  • Define technical solution strategies aligned to customer strategic objectives.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Build internal relationships across CX sales and related teams to evangelize Customer Service Automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technology field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of hands-on technical experience in solutions engineering, solution/sales architecture, and/or data.
  • 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience.
  • 5+ years of contact center experience.
  • Experience planning, executing, and managing complex software sales.
  • Knowledge of chatbot, automation, virtual agent, and/or conversational AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management, asynchronous messaging, and analytics solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS applications, architecture, APIs, and integrations.
  • Understanding of web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, DOM, and browser developer tools.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to learn new business processes quickly.
  • Ability to manage deliverables across multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with omnichannel virtual agents, customer and agent self-service solutions, analytics, and web programming.
  • Familiarity with AI, Digital, Analytics, telephony, and cloud platforms.
