Description

  • Establish and manage relationships within the NICE partner ecosystem to drive strategic initiatives and revenue growth.
  • Develop joint business opportunities and execute development programs for TSD growth.
  • Drive adoption and expansion of NICE products and services through strategic partnerships.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual targets for revenue growth, pipeline creation, and product or service utilization.
  • Document and present joint business plans aligned to partner business goals and solutions.
  • Lead partner training and enablement on NICE products, services, and go-to-market approach.
  • Monitor partner performance and track opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Escalate and resolve partner issues using established support and management processes.
  • Attend industry and partner events relevant to assigned partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to execute corporate strategy for new growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technology sales experience.
  • 5+ years in a partner channel with a proven track record managing TSD partnerships.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and goals.
  • Enterprise business and financial modeling experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment under time constraints.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, including interpreting and explaining financial and statistical information.
  • Business development skills for pursuing new business opportunities and generating revenue.
  • Ability to multitask in a challenging environment while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
