Description

  • Design and build AI-driven virtual agents that automate customer service workflows across digital and voice channels.
  • Develop intelligent automation using NiCE AI and Digital portfolio capabilities, including conversational AI, knowledge systems, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Own the full lifecycle of AI agents from initial design through deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems such as CRM, commerce platforms, knowledge bases, and operational systems.
  • Develop APIs, services, and orchestration layers that enable agents to perform real business transactions.
  • Build full-stack solutions including web interfaces, backend services, integration layers, and demo environments.
  • Partner directly with customers to understand operational challenges and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Create prototypes, proof-of-value implementations, and production-ready agent capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to identify product gaps, prototype new capabilities, and share field insights.
  • Design and deliver technical demonstrations and support presales and sales engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Experience across AI agent systems, including large language models, prompt engineering, agent orchestration frameworks, retrieval-augmented knowledge systems, and conversational AI architecture.
  • Experience across full-stack development, including backend services and APIs, web and conversational interfaces, integration layers, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations, including REST APIs, microservices, CRM and business system integrations, knowledge systems and data stores, and identity and access management.
  • Deep technical expertise across full-stack development, AI agent architectures, APIs, integrations, and conversational automation.
  • Ability to work directly with customers and business leaders to translate complex business challenges into technical solutions.
  • Experience designing agent behaviors such as intent handling, workflow orchestration, and multi-system interactions.
  • Experience implementing observability, evaluation, and feedback loops to improve accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes.
  • Experience with iterative testing, model tuning, and performance optimization for AI agents.
