Description

  • Develop and deploy agentic AI applications that streamline Order, Applications, and Design Engineering workflows.
  • Design and implement automated wiring system tools to reduce manual engineering effort and improve accuracy.
  • Build generative AI applications using commercial LLMs to support BOM generation, technical documentation, and design tasks.
  • Lead on-site implementation and deployment of AI tools across engineering teams and facilities.
  • Partner with Engineering leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to teams adopting new AI-enabled workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, and Operations teams on implementation efforts.
  • Support engineering site visits and assist with rollout of new AI-powered systems.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in Order Engineering, Applications Engineering, or Design Engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Hands-on experience developing agentic AI applications.
  • Working knowledge of commercial LLM platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for on-site implementation and deployment.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote role with periodic travel to manufacturing and engineering facilities.
  • Experience in engineering leadership or technical implementation environments is preferred.
