Description

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, ensuring timelines, scope, and success criteria are met.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Facilitate project kick-offs and establish governance, roles, responsibilities, risks, dependencies, and communication cadence.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, diagrams, communication artifacts, milestones, and deliverable schedules.
  • Estimate resource needs and coordinate allocation with department and implementation managers.
  • Identify, track, and manage dependencies, the critical path, scope changes, risks, and issues.
  • Prepare and deliver status updates, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers, partners, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and keep business relationships aligned to project success.
  • Obtain customer sign-off, conduct retrospectives, and contribute best practices and reusable tools for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5–10+ years of customer-facing project management experience, with enterprise experience preferred.
  • Experience in call center or contact center environments.
  • Telephony and/or call recording industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive and customer-facing communication.
  • Strong understanding of technology and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with resource, risk, and change management.
  • PMP certification required (PMI).
