Description

  • Lead and develop client partnering relationships to support future business opportunities.
  • Maintain positive client relations and communicate design, construction, and project issues clearly.
  • Establish shared expectations with clients early in engagements and coordinate key stakeholders and decision timing.
  • Lead key meetings and presentations and ensure effective written project documentation.
  • Participate in business development efforts with Marketing and Office Leadership.
  • Manage project goals, work plans, budgets, schedules, quality, innovation, and profitability objectives.
  • Oversee the design and documentation process and support design implementation during construction.
  • Maintain project records, including key decisions and required documentation in the firm’s file structure.
  • Develop and manage risk mitigation plans, compliance efforts, and project risks.
  • Coordinate and mentor project teams, monitor work in progress, and ensure QA/QC and statutory requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience is required.
  • Experience working on healthcare projects is preferred.
  • Ability to perform in a project management role for single or multiple projects is required.
  • Licensure or registration in the United States is preferred.
  • LEED accreditation is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge in the discipline is required.
  • Strong business acumen and client leadership skills are required.
  • Strong project team management, mentoring, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
  • Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam, and other data management software is required.
  • Professional business attire is required for client meetings.
  • Biweekly travel to the project site is required.
