Description

  • Serve as the primary lead for clients after proposal acceptance and manage ongoing client relationships.
  • Develop client agendas, slide presentations, project briefs, and scopes of work.
  • Lead or support client meetings and discussions with LMR, faculty, and content experts to guide content and direction.
  • Review and send status and contact reports to clients after each client interaction.
  • Direct support teams across all aspects of project management to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Manage projects using internal briefs, proposal templates, and budget tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on project plans, milestones, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Act as an internal team leader and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
  • Mentor junior account staff and support performance reviews, development plans, and goal setting where applicable.
  • Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations while monitoring costs and budget status.
  • Identify market opportunities and organic growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines and maintain quality control of client materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an account role within a pharmaceutical or medical communications company.
  • Daily client-facing experience is required.
  • Medical, legal, and regulatory review experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% depending on client needs.
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior account team members is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, client-service environment.
  • Leadership, results-oriented, detail-oriented, customer-focused, flexible, forward-thinking, and relationship-building competencies.
  • Remote work designation indicated by #LI-REMOTE.

  • Salary range of $92,000 to $128,000 USD.
