Description

  • Design and build AI-driven virtual agents that automate customer service workflows across digital and voice channels.
  • Develop intelligent automation using NiCE AI and Digital portfolio capabilities, including conversational AI, knowledge systems, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Architect agent behaviors such as intent handling, workflow orchestration, prompting strategies, and multi-system interactions.
  • Own the full lifecycle of AI agents from initial design through deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Implement observability, evaluation, and feedback loops to improve agent accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes.
  • Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems such as CRM, commerce platforms, knowledge bases, and operational systems.
  • Develop APIs, services, and orchestration layers that enable agents to perform real business transactions.
  • Build full-stack solutions, including web interfaces, backend services, integration layers, prototypes, and working applications.
  • Partner directly with customers to translate business requirements into technical architectures and working solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to identify product gaps, prototype new capabilities, and inform the roadmap.

Requirements

  • Experience across AI agent systems, including large language models, prompt engineering, agent orchestration frameworks, retrieval-augmented knowledge systems, and conversational AI architecture.
  • Strong full-stack development experience with backend services, APIs, web and conversational interfaces, integration layers, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations, including REST APIs, microservices, CRM systems, business systems, knowledge systems, and data stores.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management concepts for secure integrations.
  • Deep technical expertise in AI agent architectures, APIs, integrations, and conversational automation.
  • Ability to work directly with customers and business leaders to solve complex operational problems.
  • Experience building prototypes, proof-of-value implementations, and production-ready solutions.
  • Experience creating reusable components, frameworks, patterns, or architectures for faster deployment of AI solutions.
  • Ability to support sales engineering and presales teams with technical demonstrations and enablement.
  • Preferred: experience with scalable, secure, and reliable integrations across customer environments.
