Description

  • Own and drive new business sales across the assigned European territory.
  • Take over selected in-flight opportunities and build new pipeline to support growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from account planning and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, including C-level executives.
  • Lead complex deal cycles and coordinate internal teams such as pre-sales, product, and partners.
  • Leverage the partner ecosystem to generate pipeline and support deal execution.
  • Negotiate and close enterprise agreements.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting.
  • Deliver against quota and pipeline targets while winning new logos and strategic deals.
  • Position NiCE Actimize as a trusted partner through well-orchestrated sales campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Strong hunter mindset with a track record in new business generation.
  • Experience selling complex solutions with long sales cycles.
  • Background in Financial Crime, including AML, Fraud, or KYC.
  • Comfortable engaging C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong deal orchestration, stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to ramp quickly and impact pipeline within the first few months.
  • Comfortable operating across multi-country territories in Europe.
  • Based in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, or Spain and able to work remotely.
  • Willingness to travel across the region დაახლოებით 2 trips per month.
