Description

  • Represent NiCE in the market to build awareness and generate new ARR.
  • Achieve ARR and ACV booking targets.
  • Close deals through direct sales and the partner ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Run full sales cycles from account planning through close.
  • Close large, complex enterprise deals across the territory.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Represent NiCE at trade shows and industry events.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, BDRs, internal stakeholders, and sales colleagues to advance opportunities.
  • Drive consensus across multiple stakeholders and manage opportunities independently.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success selling AI and SaaS solutions to large enterprises.
  • Experience closing complex enterprise deals with long sales cycles.
  • Hunter mentality with a strong drive to win.
  • Ability to create and communicate complex deal structures and ROI.
  • Confidence selling to EVP and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Professional communication skills with a customer-centric, personable demeanor.
  • Ability to balance independent selling with leverage of internal resources.
  • Comfortable using a partner channel to support the sales process.
  • Ability to travel and support a territory spanning North America.
