Description

  • Provide advanced technical support for customer-facing defects in Nextech software products.
  • Research customer issues by analyzing data and understanding product functionality to guide resolution.
  • Resolve configuration-based defects and other issues that do not require product development.
  • Run and deliver custom reports and data extracts, including coordinating new requests with platform teams.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between Support, Implementation, Product Management, and Development teams.
  • Bridge technical communication between escalated customers and product development teams.
  • Coordinate issue resolution across development teams for shared technical services.
  • Provide pre-development research for defects that may require code changes.
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned software solutions.
  • Advocate for customer excellence in all support and coordination activities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience supporting or developing SaaS B2B products with successful outcomes.
  • Strong experience with database queries and data management.
  • Practical knowledge of SQL tools, especially Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Management Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytical tools.
  • Strong application knowledge and understanding of how solution functionality works in a technical environment.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of urgency and personal accountability.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Agile software development.
  • Customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in a technical field related to software engineering (preferred).
  • Prior experience with healthcare operations or IT experience is a plus.
  • Experience debugging JavaScript and a basic understanding of C# (preferred).
