Description

  • Lead and coach the product operations team to improve focus, efficiency, and best practices.
  • Support training and onboarding for new team members and ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Document, standardize, and continuously improve product management operational processes across teams.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to support execution and alignment.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies for product operations projects to support successful product releases.
  • Define, develop, and monitor key metrics for operational efficiency and product performance insights.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify process improvements and optimize resource allocation.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Track product investment spend, including variances between plan, actuals, and adjusted forecasts.
  • Develop customer insights frameworks and use feedback and usage data to inform product and business decisions.
  • Identify operational risks, recommend mitigations, and track progress on follow-up actions.
  • Use AI tools and automation to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance risk visibility.
  • Assist with product roadmap planning and prioritization so operations align with business goals.
  • Develop and distribute reports, status updates, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field.
  • Experience with deep data analysis, visualization, and presentation.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or another programming language.
  • Strong proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience translating complex data into clear, digestible insights.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of product analytics tools, trends, and best practices is preferred.
  • Familiarity with agile software development is preferred.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management tools and platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive change across diverse teams is preferred.
  • Prior experience with healthcare operations is a plus.
