Description

  • Lead and oversee KPI dashboard development for private equity sponsor and management reporting.
  • Guide clients and junior team members in building 13-week cash flow models, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Lead and oversee preparation of bank reporting packages on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Act as project manager for key finance initiatives using PMO tools.
  • Support executive leadership with board presentation preparation and interim FP&A work.
  • Advise the CFO and private equity deal team on buy-side and sell-side transaction planning and execution.
  • Lead financial due diligence and office of the CFO diligence, including post-close improvement recommendations.
  • Support post-closing M&A integration, closing statement preparation, and negotiations on final closing balances.
  • Lead exit readiness assessments, carve-out financials, and TSA support for divestitures.
  • Advise portfolio companies on complex accounting policy adoption and serve in interim controller roles.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in client-facing public accounting or consulting roles in Transaction Advisory Services, Restructuring, M&A strategy, Deals, and/or FP&A.
  • 9+ years of experience in corporate FP&A with team management, executive reporting, and M&A exposure.
  • 9+ years of experience in corporate development with team management and internal or external stakeholder reporting.
  • 9+ years of experience in portfolio support or operations at a private equity firm.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA or CA certification preferred.
  • Experience working with private equity or within a highly acquisitive company.
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%, depending on client preferences.
  • Ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools and continuously learn emerging technologies in alignment with firm policies.
