Description

  • Own and maintain release calendars across the product development portfolio.
  • Define release scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate planning across development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for release execution across Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps.
  • Facilitate release readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure testing standards, acceptance criteria, quality gates, documentation, and approvals are in place.
  • Manage production deployment schedules, including release windows, sequencing, rollback plans, and contingency plans.
  • Identify, track, mitigate, and escalate release risks and blockers as needed.
  • Partner with DevOps to improve release automation, CI/CD usage, reliability, repeatability, and deployment speed.
  • Support early adopter and limited-release programs, including feature enablement, access management, controlled rollouts, and transition to general availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in product development environments.
  • Experience supporting SaaS-based software products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern SDLC practices.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira for planning, tracking, and release coordination.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps collaboration models.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working in health technology or regulated software environments (preferred).
  • Prior ownership of release management for multi-team or multi-product portfolios (preferred).
  • Experience with feature flag and release management tools such as LaunchDarkly (preferred).
  • Experience using and enabling agentic AI capabilities within the Product Development Lifecycle (preferred).
