Description

  • Provide frontline support for incoming calls, emails, and error reports from customers.
  • Respond to support emails promptly and maintain timely communication with users.
  • Troubleshoot software questions and issues using known solutions and support guidelines.
  • Escalate advanced or unresolved issues through the appropriate support channels.
  • Document, track, and resolve incidents thoroughly in the ticketing system.
  • Schedule and perform Nextech software upgrades as needed.
  • Investigate software exceptions and error reports to identify and resolve problems.
  • Maintain detailed notes and documentation for each support incident.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Develop proficiency in Nextech software functionality and how it is used in medical office settings.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a software troubleshooting role with customers.
  • Strong technical skills, including basic computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work constructively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to type at 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience using Zoom Contact Center or similar in a call center environment preferred.
  • Ability to type at 50 WPM with 95% accuracy preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work remotely in the United States except California.
