Description

  • Ship full-stack features with measurable product impact across frontend, backend, data, and LLM-driven services.
  • Own problems end-to-end from vague requirements through production launch, monitoring, and stabilization.
  • Provide substantive code review and architectural feedback, including catching design issues early.
  • Serve as a first responder for production issues during working hours, including triage, root cause analysis, and prevention recommendations.
  • Translate product requirements into technical approaches and communicate trade-offs and reasoning to partners.
  • Improve engineering practices through tooling, agentic workflows, technical standards, and documentation.
  • Participate actively in planning and grooming, and push back on under-specified work when needed.
  • Help shape and advance the team’s AI-native development practice, including workflows built around coding agents.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building production web applications.
  • Strong full-stack experience with modern React and TypeScript frontends and a typed or Pythonic backend.
  • Proven ability to own ambiguous problems end-to-end and ship work with measurable impact.
  • History of substantive code reviews, including identifying architectural issues.
  • Daily use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
  • Comfort with production debugging across traces, logs, and profiling.
  • Strong async written communication skills for PRs, Slack, and specs.
  • Experience extending or building agentic developer tooling such as custom agents, skills, hooks, MCP servers, or eval harnesses is a strong plus.
  • Background in rich text editing, document collaboration, or LLM-backed product features is a strong plus.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required for employment.
