Description

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-driven customer engagement solutions using NiCE’s digital and AI portfolio.
  • Develop production-ready conversational AI agents for large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Own the full AI agent lifecycle from pilot and prototyping through launch and ongoing refinement.
  • Translate complex customer business problems into intelligent automation solutions.
  • Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to shape solution architecture and delivery.
  • Build reusable agent frameworks and integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and other platforms.
  • Develop and operate agentic systems that improve customer retention, churn reduction, and self-service experiences.
  • Collaborate on new product directions, including agent architectures, self-service features, and generative development workflows.
  • Evaluate, improve, and operationalize AI agents in live production settings.
  • Feed field learnings back into the platform, tools, and product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
  • Strong builder mentality with high personal agency and a bias toward shipping solutions.
  • Startup founder or early engineer experience is highly valued.
  • Proven technical problem-solving ability in rapidly changing, loosely defined environments.
  • Experience developing or operating AI/LLM-powered systems in production is a major plus.
  • Working knowledge of AI agent tooling, including evaluation frameworks, orchestration tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is an advantage.
  • Comfort working face-to-face with customers to understand problems and deliver practical solutions.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing or externally led technical roles is a plus.
  • Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both engineers and executives.
