Description

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Sales teams to drive revenue opportunities and secure the technical win.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, Proof of Value/Proof of Concept presentations, architectural workshops, and RFX/RFI responses.
  • Develop and execute technical strategies for large enterprise accounts across the DACH and Eastern Europe region.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders by understanding their business objectives and technical environments.
  • Champion new product capabilities in the market and gather structured feedback for Product Management and Engineering.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Partner teams, and Customer Success colleagues to navigate complex enterprise accounts.
  • Translate customer needs and technical challenges into actionable guidance for internal teams.
  • Influence the evolution of the Intelligent Observability platform through field insights and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and managing large, complex pre-sales or technical consulting engagements for enterprise organizations.
  • Hands-on familiarity with native cloud technologies, including Kubernetes, containers, microservices, SRE practices, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Broad understanding of enterprise technology layers, including user experience, cloud applications, infrastructure, networks, data, and security.
  • Strong grasp of telemetry, insight, and data-driven decision-making in complex global organizations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence engineering teams and C-suite executives.
  • Professional proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
  • Previous experience with performance monitoring or observability tools across infrastructure, APM, network, or DEM is a plus.
  • Familiarity with mobile device platforms and architectures across iOS and Android ecosystems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field is a plus.
  • Based in or around Munich, Germany is preferred.
