Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to achieve sales goals across large Middle Eastern accounts.
  • Own the technical aspects of sales cycles from initial discovery through final presentations.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery to understand customer business needs.
  • Prepare technical responses for RFPs and formal proposals.
  • Build and present proof-of-concept applications addressing customer problems.
  • Explain technical details and business value to executives and other stakeholders.
  • Handle technical objections and answer detailed product questions.
  • Represent Appian at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Develop long-term relationships with technical teams at target accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure resources and information needed to close deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or Sales Engineer in enterprise software.
  • Hands-on technical background, such as experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Consultant.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams on account planning and revenue targets.
  • Ability to discuss production environments, APIs, application servers, databases, and deep functional topics.
  • Experience working with large Financial Services and Insurance organizations.
  • Ability to build technical prototypes and communicate their business value.
  • Based in Dubai and eligible to cover the Middle East region.
