Description

  • Build partner relationships end to end, including contractual requirements, marketplace listings, go-to-market execution, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across multiple levels within cloud partner organizations to increase visibility and grow the partnership.
  • Enable partners’ sales, technical, service, and management teams to support successful partnership execution.
  • Drive joint partner business planning, including mutual performance objectives, shared customer targets, and key milestones.
  • Work with cloud partners and internal alliance team members to identify and launch SaaS offerings.
  • Document standard processes for partner co-selling and support partner-led selling motions.
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline across all partners.
  • Maintain high-level strategic alignment with cloud partners while providing guidance and autonomy to direct team members.
  • Deliver training, enablement, and educational sessions for partners.
  • Track and report on partner opportunities, pipeline, and deals won.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or equivalent progressive experience in lieu of education.
  • Strong alliances, business partnerships, or account management experience in ANZ.
  • Significant experience building and leading successful cloud provider ecosystem partnerships at scale.
  • Proven track record of developing joint business plans, value propositions, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated success driving joint opportunity goals and strategic partnership objectives.
  • Experience in the Observability space in ANZ (preferred).
  • Ability to synthesize, communicate, and evangelize a vision with internal and external partners (preferred).
  • Global Delivery Model experience (preferred).
