Description

  • Design and execute the sales strategy for the India Enterprise segment to drive new logo acquisition and expansion.
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and retain Enterprise Account Executives and expansion sellers across India.
  • Lead the national enterprise and expansion sales motion across North, West, and South India.
  • Build account-specific growth plans aligned to New Relic’s roadmap, including New Relic Advance and SRE AI Agents.
  • Drive consumption growth by forecasting and improving data ingest and user growth metrics.
  • Manage executive relationships with CTOs, CFOs, and other C-suite stakeholders at priority accounts.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and the Innovation Center to deliver customer value.
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and Salesforce hygiene, including weekly national forecasts with high accuracy.
  • Develop sales territories and account plans for complex, large-scale Indian organizations.
  • Create a high-performance team culture with accountability and continuous development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading sales teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience hiring, mentoring, and retaining top-tier sales talent in India.
  • Experience managing a pan-India portfolio and understanding regional market nuances across Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
  • Strong track record of leading high-performing sales teams in the India technology market, especially in Enterprise.
  • Experience translating business goals into actionable sales territories and account plans.
  • Direct experience with usage-based or consumption-based billing models.
  • Deep interest in observability, AI, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to align technical solution value with business outcomes.
  • Experience building C-level relationships and selling to complex enterprise stakeholders.
  • Preferred: ability to drive pipeline management with a data-driven approach and lead through a fast-paced, evolving tech landscape.
