Description

  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans for a defined portfolio of high-value enterprise customers.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and SRE/DevOps leaders.
  • Identify, qualify, and close complex six-figure and seven-figure upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate the virtual account team, including Solution Consultants, SDRs, and Marketing, throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate quarterly and annual forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Analyze deal health and define strategic next steps to progress opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations for large enterprise agreements and renewals, including procurement and legal processes.
  • Understand customer technical architecture, developer workflows, and monitoring needs to shape expansion strategy.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a quota-carrying enterprise-focused B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Significant experience with expansion sales and complex renewals.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals in the 6- and 7-figure range.
  • Experience with sales cycles longer than 6 months.
  • Command of MEDDPIC, Challenger, or value-based selling methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both technical leaders and business executives.
  • Strong understanding of German business culture and the enterprise landscape.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
