Description

  • Mitigate churn for self-serve subscription customers, including managing a book of business for customers below $50K in EMEA.
  • Support customer onboarding and account health checks to improve adoption.
  • Facilitate customer education and enablement throughout the customer journey.
  • Drive revenue expansion across the customer lifecycle, including increasing consumption run rate for pay-as-you-go customers.
  • Engage with customers at key moments in their journey and act as their voice within New Relic.
  • Build positive customer relationships through value-based discussions and goal alignment.
  • Analyze customer data and interpret datasets to inform account actions.
  • Collaborate with internal and customer-facing teams across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of prior experience in a customer-facing sales, renewals, or customer success role in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience building, analyzing, and interpreting datasets.
  • Experience interacting with internal teams and customers at multiple levels of technical and non-technical depth.
  • Ability to identify customer goals and guide value-based discussions.
  • Experience using and learning new software tools; bonus experience with G Suite, Salesforce, Groove, Periscope, or similar systems.
  • Nice-to-have background in observability, performance monitoring, DevOps, or consumption-based platforms.
  • Nice-to-have experience contributing to a scaled customer success function.
  • Project management experience is a plus; PMP certification is a bonus.
