Description

  • Define and evolve New Relic’s partnership strategy with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cloud partner leadership and lead QBRs and executive briefing sessions.
  • Lead annual global business planning with cloud partners and align joint go-to-market execution with Sales and Marketing.
  • Develop better-together content, customer use cases, and customer win stories to support partner selling motions.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Sales Enablement, and Services on strategic partner initiatives.
  • Establish operating cadences and dashboards to monitor partnership health, funding, and strategic impact.
  • Lead commercial negotiations for major cloud agreements and GTM partnership agreements.
  • Partner with FinOps and Finance to review cost models, consumption forecasts, and contract terms.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure costs and usage patterns to inform negotiation strategy.
  • Ensure cloud partnerships support co-sell, co-marketing, and broader market expansion objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Cloud Partner Management, Business Development, or Product Management.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud ecosystem, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, and the SaaS market.
  • Proven experience leading the negotiation of at least one major cloud agreement.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience working with cloud marketplaces and co-sell programs (preferred).
  • Knowledge of observability, AI, and Agentic AI (bonus points).
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
