Description

  • Support technical onboarding by helping customers integrate New Relic into their cloud environments.
  • Conduct introductory training sessions and help develop educational resources about core platform functionality.
  • Monitor and contribute to Mutual Activity Plans to track customer progress and observability usage.
  • Work with technical stakeholders to understand initial goals and align platform use to customer objectives.
  • Partner with customers to develop business cases for expansion and quantify solution impact through reporting.
  • Present platform capabilities and create new content to support ongoing customer proficiency.
  • Provide basic insights and guidance to help customers improve platform utilization.
  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers during the early success lifecycle.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Certified or equivalent experience in cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud-native stacks, including cloud, containers, and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE).
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, PHP, Ruby, Node.js, Python, or SQL scripting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within SaaS or tech.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and build strong relationships.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and customer success orientation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering or natural language processing for information retrieval or solution development.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and proficiency in a second language such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
