Description

  • Support Senior Legal Consultants and Legal Innovation Partners with client adoption programs, training sessions, and change management initiatives.
  • Facilitate training webinars, onboarding sessions, and workflow workshops for law firm and legal department users.
  • Develop training content, adoption guides, workflow documentation, and enablement resources.
  • Monitor client adoption metrics and engagement data, prepare reports, and identify trends.
  • Respond to client enablement inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with Legal Innovation Partners and the technical team.
  • Build working knowledge of the NetDocuments platform, AI features, and integration ecosystem.
  • Maintain internal playbooks, knowledge base articles, and enablement templates.
  • Build relationships with client legal technology and operations contacts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, legal consulting, or a related field.
  • A JD with meaningful interest in legal technology and a desire to move into a non-traditional legal career is acceptable.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and their practical business applications, especially in legal workflows.
  • Basic familiarity with law firm or in-house legal department operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, stay organized, and follow through reliably.
  • Curiosity about legal AI and technology.
  • Collaborative, coachable, and open to feedback.
  • Experience with LegalTech platforms, document management systems, or Microsoft 365 is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to client sites and team events.
