Description

  • Partner with product leadership to embed UX research and testing into the digital pharmacy product development lifecycle.
  • Identify, design, and prioritize research opportunities across moderated usability testing, unmoderated studies, surveys, interviews, and contextual inquiry.
  • Manage and collaborate with a third-party research firm on study design, participant recruitment, and field execution.
  • Develop unbranded prototypes and simulated experiences to test new features, workflows, and fixes before production release.
  • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations with design and development teams and oversee implementation.
  • Establish a measurement framework to track UX improvements using leading and lagging indicators.
  • Synthesize research findings into reports and presentations for product and design stakeholders.
  • Maintain research documentation and a centralized repository of insights for cross-functional teams.
  • Advocate for end users throughout the product development process, keeping patient and customer needs central to decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
  • 7+ years of experience conducting UX research in product or digital environments.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a lead or senior individual contributor capacity.
  • Experience embedding research practices into product development lifecycles and influencing product strategy.
  • Experience working with or managing third-party research vendors, especially in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience designing and executing evaluative, generative, and benchmark studies across multiple research modalities.
  • Experience producing prototypes or wireframes to support user testing and experience simulation.
  • Familiarity with defining and tracking CX or UX performance metrics across product development cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex research findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or ProtoPie, supported by portfolio examples and case studies.
