Description

  • Discuss reporting needs with business users and design dashboards and reports for leadership and end users.
  • Review business reporting requirements and translate them into technical reporting and dashboard specifications.
  • Advise business users and technical team members on the best approach to building reports and dashboards.
  • Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics to support business needs.
  • Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lens, dashboard development, and deployment.
  • Set operations and refresh standards based on a globally aligned data strategy.
  • Work as a customer-facing technical resource on client implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with the AI team and other internal team members on delivery and solution design.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform in a technical application role.
  • End-to-end project implementation experience, including integrations with applications such as SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD solutions.
  • Solid understanding of PaaS and IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure.
  • Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
  • Salesforce Architect Certifications, including Application Architect and System Architect.
  • Full English proficiency.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • 15 years of full-time education.
  • Experience delivering solutions and influencing stakeholders (preferred).
  • Ability to quickly pivot and create new solutions based on customer needs (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills for prioritizing project tasks and milestones (preferred).
  • Highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment (preferred).
