Description

  • Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports for leadership, business groups, and end users.
  • Review business reporting requirements and translate them into technical reporting and dashboard specifications.
  • Advise business users and technical team members on the best approach to building reports and dashboards.
  • Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics to support business requirements.
  • Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lens, dashboard development, and deployment.
  • Define operations and refresh standards based on a globally aligned data strategy.
  • Contribute as a customer-facing technical resource on project engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with the AI team and broader technical team to support client solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform in a technical application role.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end project implementations, including integrations with systems such as SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD solutions.
  • Experience with PaaS and IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure.
  • Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications: Application Architect and System Architect.
  • Full English proficiency.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Preferred communication skills to influence stakeholders and deliver solutions effectively.
  • Preferred ability to pivot quickly and create new solutions based on customer needs.
  • Preferred organizational skills to prioritize project tasks and milestones.
