Description

Lead the technical solution design for Agentforce-powered experiences.
Design Agentforce solutions including topics, instructions, actions, automation or code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
Explore Agentforce limits and boundaries to develop innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.
Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment.
Stay current on new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
Contribute to delivery efforts and help delight customers as part of the AI team.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in application and software development.
4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to modern coding languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Experience developing Salesforce technologies such as Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies including HTML and CSS.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical details to different audiences.
Experience using source control with branching and pull request strategies.
Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
15 years of full-time education.
Experience working with Agentic AI systems and Generative AI capabilities (preferred).
Salesforce certifications are a plus, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist (preferred).
