Description

  • Lead the technical solution design for Agentforce-powered experiences.
  • Design Agentforce solutions including topics, instructions, actions, automation or code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
  • Explore Agentforce limits and boundaries to develop innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment.
  • Stay current on new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
  • Contribute to delivery efforts and help delight customers as part of the AI team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to modern coding languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Experience developing Salesforce technologies such as Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
  • Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies including HTML and CSS.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical details to different audiences.
  • Experience using source control with branching and pull request strategies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
  • 15 years of full-time education.
  • Experience working with Agentic AI systems and Generative AI capabilities (preferred).
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist (preferred).
