Description

  • Drive new business and build pipeline for new logo sales opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead management and qualification through evaluation, close, and account management.
  • Partner closely with Salesforce sales and customer success teams, including Core AEs and SEs in the HLS organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination with customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teammates to maintain strong relationships and high satisfaction.
  • Work with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to pursue new market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting data in Salesforce.
  • Deliver timely, high-quality customer responses to support an excellent customer experience.
  • Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce certifications.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of enterprise software sales experience with proven success selling into large services accounts.
  • 2-3+ years of experience selling software to Health and Life Sciences companies.
  • Experience with Salesforce and selling end-to-end implementations.
  • Experience selling complex technology solutions.
  • Industry knowledge and a strong network with Salesforce channel partners.
  • Strong executive presence and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for certain roles.
  • Ability to maintain required Salesforce certifications.
