Description

  • Deliver high-quality, scalable, AI-powered solutions across Salesforce, Data 360, and Agentforce.
  • Design and implement custom agentic and non-agentic solutions using Salesforce and Data 360 programmatic capabilities.
  • Build Data 360 solutions that support generative AI use cases.
  • Collaborate with AI, Architecture, Data 360, and Project teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Build secure and scalable Data 360 data models and activation patterns.
  • Design and implement integrations between Data 360, MuleSoft, enterprise data warehouses, and other systems.
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical problems using the full Data 360 platform.
  • Explore and implement emerging AI capabilities such as GPT- and LLM-driven use cases.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, Agentforce enhancements, and platform best practices.
  • Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in application and software development.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Experience developing with Salesforce technologies such as Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) constructs including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and activation.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data transformation concepts.
  • Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies such as HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with source control and branching/pull request strategies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to different audiences.
  • Experience working with Agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities (preferred).
  • Experience building RAG solutions with Unstructured DMOs, Retrievers, and Search Indexes (preferred).
  • Experience integrating Data 360 with MuleSoft and enterprise data warehouses (preferred).
  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, or Agentforce Specialist (preferred).
