Description

  • Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor.
  • Drive requirement gathering and act as the Salesforce platform expert.
  • Work with clients to build strategy and roadmap plans for both quick wins and longer-term goals.
  • Leverage Salesforce technologies including Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge.
  • Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
  • Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.
  • Stay current on new Salesforce product and technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture.
  • 3+ years of CRM industry experience, with Salesforce platform experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems.
  • Understanding of basic UX principles.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Extremely strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience providing solution architecture on Salesforce Experience Cloud, preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, preferred.
  • Familiarity with charting tools such as Lucidchart, preferred.
  • Experience working with designers on sitemaps, detailed mockups, and prototypes, preferred.
  • Experience in the design or development of custom web components, preferred.
