Description

  • Provide industry best practices and act as a trusted advisor on customer data strategy and AI.
  • Drive requirement gathering and lead discovery workshops as the Salesforce Data 360 platform expert.
  • Lead discovery and architecture of customer data strategies aligned to business goals, data models, and AI use cases.
  • Assess existing data ecosystems, integrations, and warehouses to define Data 360 architecture and migration strategy.
  • Design scalable and secure data architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time activation patterns.
  • Build client strategy and roadmap plans that support quick wins and longer-term goals.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, detailed design specifications, and project plans.
  • Show how Data 360 supports revenue, service, field service, digital experiences, marketing, and Agentforce use cases.
  • Tie solution outcomes to business value and ROI through storytelling.
  • Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members while staying current on Salesforce product capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role.
  • 5+ years of CRM or data platform industry experience.
  • Experience leading requirement gathering and discovery workshops.
  • Ability to recommend optimal architectural patterns to optimize consumption with Data 360 and Agentforce.
  • Hands-on experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Data 360 as a CDP, including predictive and generative capabilities such as RAG, search index configuration, and data ingestion.
  • Understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation concepts.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and data flows across disparate systems.
  • Ability to tie outcomes to business value and ROI through storytelling.
  • Comfort using flowcharting and data-modeling tools such as Lucidchart.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies; preferred experience with Agentforce or other generative AI platforms, GenAI prompt writing and RAG, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Application/Solution Architect certifications, and testing approaches for data and GenAI solutions.

  • Annual salary range varies by location, with California listed at $94,400–$266,300 USD and New York/New Jersey listed at $87,400–$266,300 USD.
