Description

  • Manage project financials, scope, and schedule to keep client engagements on track.
  • Lead day-to-day project execution for Salesforce and Amazon Connect implementations.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for operational project matters and relationship management.
  • Facilitate status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Lead kickoff sessions to define outcomes, business objectives, success metrics, and measurable goals.
  • Track and report progress against project metrics throughout the engagement.
  • Partner with Solution Architects to capture, groom, and trace business requirements through delivery.
  • Own user story creation and lead grooming sessions, including acceptance criteria quality.
  • Support client presentations during requirements, design, pilot, and UAT sessions.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, including test planning, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate end-user training logistics and contribute to training materials.
  • Guide Agile/Scrum delivery and support the software development lifecycle.
  • Work with Solution and Technical Architects to incorporate business requirements into design specifications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementations on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Experience applying Agile approaches to project management.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or Amazon Connect as a project manager or scrum leader.
  • Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW or Change Order contracting.
  • Experience facilitating requirements sessions, writing or grooming user stories, and presenting functional content to client stakeholders.
  • Salesforce or AI delivery/solution experience overseeing blueprint and implementation projects.
  • Certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
  • Preferred experience in hybrid roles such as Solution Architect, Product Owner, Functional/Technical Consultant, or Business Analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
