Description

  • Own the QA lifecycle from test planning through execution and defect management.
  • Design test scenarios and develop test cases and test scripts for Salesforce web, API, voice, and chat applications.
  • Build and improve automation frameworks, reusable components, and regression suites.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
  • Manage manual and automation testing activities and identify reusable test assets.
  • Deliver Salesforce QA automation implementations, including in-sprint automation and regression coverage.
  • Validate Salesforce solution design, architecture fundamentals, and business requirements.
  • Write and execute tests, maintain traceability in test management tools, and log defects in Jira.
  • Support SIT and UAT activities, participate in defect triage, and guide customers through UAT.
  • Collaborate with business and internal teams on story clarification, QA status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or Consultant.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Web and API automation projects.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright, Provar, and/or Selenium.
  • Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright (with AI SDK), REST Assured, JMeter/K6, and JUnit/TestNG preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Provar, Selenium WebDriver, Java, Python, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, Maven, and CI/CD integrations.
  • Experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, MIAW, Live Agent, AWS Connect, AWS Voice and Chat Agents, and IVR telephony systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce Agents and testing of Agentic and Generative AI applications is a plus.
  • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification and Agentforce Legend rank; Salesforce Administrator certification is a big plus.
