Description

  • Drive incremental sales pipeline and support existing customer requests.
  • Work with Demand Gen to build and execute ABM campaigns with prospects.
  • Follow up with and build relationships across Salesforce, Amazon, and CLM partner networks.
  • Build an accurate sales pipeline through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage the lifecycle of client and opportunity records and track interactions in Salesforce.
  • Use prospecting strategies to conduct initial outreach to prospects.
  • Identify prospective customer needs and challenges.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Partner Comms, and Sales to generate demand and support account management efforts.
  • Log and track meetings generated from BDR follow-up in Salesforce.
  • Write BASHOs for the sales team to use in their outreach.
  • Drive new business strategy and objectives within more than 100 base/house accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • 1-3 years of sales, business development, or inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS, AWS, or the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to identify key stakeholders and new business opportunities.
  • Competitive, confident demeanor and comfort speaking with high-level customers.
  • Passion for contributing to business growth and overall success.
  • Track record of being a high achiever in school, work, volunteering, athletics, or similar settings.
  • Ability to work from the Chicago office at least 1x per week.
