Description

  • Win new business, drive pipeline, and build trusted customer relationships.
  • Partner closely with Salesforce sales and customer success teams, including core AEs and SEs in the Manufacturing organization.
  • Serve as the primary “quarterback” across customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teammates to support strong account outcomes.
  • Carry a quota and focus on winning new logos while contributing to high-growth targets.
  • Work with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting records in Salesforce.
  • Ensure a high level of customer experience through timely and quality responses.
  • Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce certifications.
  • Manage the sales process from lead management through qualification, evaluation, close, and account management.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of enterprise software sales experience with proven success selling into large services accounts.
  • 2-3+ years of experience selling software to Manufacturing companies.
  • Experience selling end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
  • Experience selling complex technology solutions.
  • Strong industry knowledge and a network with Salesforce channel partners.
  • Strong executive presence and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) required.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM tools and forecasting processes.
