Description

  • Drive new business and build pipeline for the Manufacturing vertical within Salesforce.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead management and qualification through evaluation and close.
  • Build trust and strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Salesforce sales and customer success teams, including Core AEs and SEs.
  • Act as the primary point of coordination between customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting data in Salesforce.
  • Work with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to pursue new market opportunities.
  • Deliver timely responses and high-quality customer experiences for clients and Salesforce.
  • Maintain and acquire all applicable Salesforce certifications.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of enterprise software sales experience with proven success selling into large services accounts.
  • 2-3+ years of experience selling software to manufacturing companies.
  • Experience with Salesforce and selling end-to-end implementations.
  • Experience selling complex technology solutions.
  • Industry knowledge and a strong network with Salesforce channel partners.
  • Strong executive presence and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for certain roles.
  • Preferred: experience working in or selling into the Manufacturing (MAE) vertical.
