Description

  • Work with customers to gather and define requirements and propose solutions.
  • Build and often architect best-in-class Ironclad implementations.
  • Configure Ironclad solutions using platform tools such as Templates, Launch Forms, Workflows, Playbooks, Properties, and platform setup.
  • Advise customers on solution tradeoffs and support cost-benefit analysis across business process, architecture, and IT operating model considerations.
  • Acquire and maintain applicable Ironclad certifications.
  • Learn new Ironclad features and major launches quickly and apply that knowledge to client solutions.
  • Represent NeuraFlash in the Ironclad community and contribute to a positive company culture.
  • Lead project delivery across all phases of services delivery, software development, and testing life cycles.
  • Build and organize project and program teams for successful delivery.
  • Mentor team members and support cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working on project and consulting teams.
  • 1+ years of implementation experience with Ironclad or DocuSign CLM.
  • Prior experience as a Consultant with Ironclad or DocuSign CLM.
  • 2+ years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on Ironclad or DocuSign platforms.
  • 1+ DocuSign and/or Ironclad certification.
  • Experience in all phases of services delivery, software development, and testing life cycles.
  • Strong expertise in project delivery, program management, and the SDLC.
  • Experience managing established technology or product teams with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience building project and program teams and organizing programs for success.
  • Background or relevant education in Operations, Legal, or Contract Management.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing communication.
  • Excellent mentoring and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with major Salesforce clouds across different project sizes and scales (preferred).
  • Passion for building software solutions with state-of-the-art technology (preferred).
  • Ability to solve complex problems and adapt to challenging situations (preferred).
